Data Deletion Instructions
Effective November 7, 2026 · Last updated November 7, 2026
This page explains three separate things you can do: A. disconnect a social account from HCPS, B. remove HCPS's access in Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, and C. ask HomeCare Provider Services to delete your data. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
A. Disconnect a social account in the 360 Dealer Portal
- Sign in to the 360 Dealer Portal with a user who manages that location.
- Open Social Ads, then the Schedule & publish section.
- Next to the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn page, choose Disconnect and confirm.
What happens right away:
- The stored access token for that account is deleted and the connection is marked disconnected.
- HCPS can no longer publish to that account. Each scheduled post stays tied to the account you approved it for and is never sent to another Page or account: when its time comes it is marked failed instead of being posted, unless you reconnect that same account first. You can cancel it in the calendar, or edit it and approve it again for another connected account.
- A record that the connection existed, and the history of posts already published, are kept as described in the Privacy Policy unless you ask us to delete them (see C).
Published posts stay published. Disconnecting does not delete posts that were already published to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. Delete those directly on the platform.
B. Remove HCPS Social Publishing in the platform's settings
Removing the app on the platform stops HCPS from using the access you granted, even if you cannot sign in to the 360 Dealer Portal. Menu names can change slightly over time.
Facebook and Instagram (connected through Facebook)
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (on some accounts under Security and login or Apps and websites). Direct link: facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools.
- Find HCPS Social Publishing, choose View and edit or select it, then Remove and confirm.
If your business uses Meta Business Manager, an admin can also remove the app under Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps.
- Click Me → Settings & Privacy.
- Open Data privacy, then under Other applications choose Permitted services.
- Find HCPS Social Publishing and choose Remove.
After you remove the app on a platform, HCPS can no longer publish to that account. The connection may still appear in the portal until you disconnect it there (A) or ask us to delete it (C).
C. Ask HCPS to delete your data
Email info@homecareproviderservices.us with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:
- your name and how to reach you;
- the dealership (and location, if it has several), or that you are a member of the public who sent a storefront request; and
- what you would like deleted — for example a social connection (platform and Page / account name), saved ads and post records, a storefront request you sent, or your contact details.
How we handle it
- We confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to act for the dealership.
- We respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
- We delete the information, or remove the details that identify you, and confirm when it is done.
What can be deleted
- Any remaining access tokens, and the Page / account names and identifiers on your connection records.
- Saved ads, campaign designs and scheduled or published post records on HCPS's systems: images are deleted, and the captions, Page / account names and identifiers are removed, leaving only an unidentifiable record that a post was approved and published.
- Storefront information requests. A dealership can also delete these itself in the portal; they are deleted automatically after 24 months.
- Contact details and other personal information we hold about you that we are not required to keep.
What we may need to keep
Some records must be kept for legal, tax, accounting or contractual reasons — for example orders, invoices and commission records, signed manufacturer account applications (kept seven years after closing), and security and audit records. We keep only what is needed and only for as long as required.
Deleting data from HCPS does not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, or copies a dealership has received by email. Delete published posts on the platform, and ask the dealership directly about its own copies.
